Brown Rice & Mushrooms
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can beef broth
1 can French Onion Soup
1 small can mushrooms, drained
Combine all ingredients into a 8x8 casserole dish.
Add dots of butter on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 mins.
